1. Reservations & Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment through our secure reservation system.
Payment terms and conditions are outlined during the booking process.
Any applicable taxes or fees will be clearly indicated.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the full stay.
Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the full stay.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

Standard check-in and check-out times apply and will be confirmed upon booking.
Late check-out may be requested, subject to availability.

4. House Rules

No pets allowed
No smoking inside the villas
Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM
Maximum occupancy per villa: 2–4 guests
No additional unregistered guests allowed on the property

5. Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss or damage to personal property
Accidents or injuries sustained during your stay, unless caused by our negligence
Interruptions in services due to events beyond our control (e.g., power outages, natural disasters)

6. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage or disrupt the website or its services.

7. Changes to These Terms
