• 1. Start ploting

  The initial phase involves meticulous planning and strategic plotting. Our team has engaged in a comprehensive process to outline and designate specific areas for construction. This step is crucial to ensure an organized and purposeful layout, aligning with the vision of the project. Starting with the plotting phase sets the foundation for a well-structured development, emphasizing precision and careful consideration in the utilization of the available land.

• 2. Cleaning and preparation of the land

  Simultaneously, the clearing of the land is a fundamental step to prepare the canvas for construction. Thorough site clearing has been undertaken, removing any obstacles and ensuring a pristine starting point for the Bingin Villas. This process involves the removal of vegetation, debris, and any impediments that might hinder the construction process. Clearing the land not only creates a safe environment but also paves the way for subsequent phases, marking the beginning of the physical transformation of the site into a space that aligns with the project's architectural vision. The successful completion of the bow plank installation marks a pivotal moment, establishing the essential foundation necessary for future infrastructure development. An efficient temporary material storage area has been meticulously set up. This organized space ensures quick and convenient access to essential construction materials, optimizing workflow and minimizing potential delays. A robust infrastructure has been put in place to facilitate the construction of temporary housing and workplace sites. This strategic setup ensures that the project team has access to adequate facilities, supporting ongoing construction activities with efficiency. Additionally, a comprehensive infrastructure has been established to guarantee a constant supply of water and electricity. This commitment to reliable utility services creates an efficient working environment, fostering productivity and progress throughout the Bingin Villas construction process.

• 3. Earth work and foundations

  In the EARTH WORK AND PONDATION phase, significant progress has been made: 1. Excavation for Continuous Foundation: Meticulous excavation has been carried out for continuous foundations, ensuring a solid and stable base for the structures. 2. Excavation for Foot Plate: Excavation necessary for the foot plate has been precisely completed, preparing the ground for the next construction phase. 3. Soil Fill for Floor Leveling: Strategic soil filling has been performed to achieve perfect floor leveling, ensuring uniformity throughout the property. 4. Sand Fill under Foundation: Careful and calculated sand filling under the foundations has been completed to provide additional stability and strength.

• 4. Concrete base

  Crucial steps have been taken in accordance with the planned schedule for the project. Excavation necessary for the foundation has been initiated, carried out meticulously with the aim of establishing a solid and stable base for the future structures. Simultaneously, a strategic fill has been executed to achieve a perfect ground level throughout the property, ensuring uniformity on the surface. Additionally, the placement of the stone base has commenced, contributing additional stability and strength to the project.

  In parallel, the application of concrete to the base structures has started, ensuring the necessary solidity for the ongoing development of the project. A significant milestone has been reached with the application of concrete to the columns of the ground floor of the villa/entrance, marking a noteworthy advancement in the overall construction. Furthermore, excavation necessary for the construction of pools has been initiated, integrating this key feature into the overall project. This progress reflects a rigorous commitment to the established schedule and establishes solid foundations for the subsequent phases of the project.

• 6. Retening walls

  Considerable progress has been made according to the project's schedule. The construction of the retaining walls, executed with precision, marks a significant advancement in reinforcing the site's stability. With the completion of the retaining walls, the groundwork has been laid for the next phases of the project. • 7. Wall Structures

  Having completed the foundation structures and finished the retaining walls, we are now in the process of setting the wall structures for the second floor, as the first floor is already completed. Our focus remains on precision execution and adherence to engineering standards as we advance towards the next phase of construction.

• 8. Roof Structures

  Having completed the foundation structures and finished the retaining walls, we are now in the process of setting up roof structures in several of the houses, as the first-floor foundations are already completed. This entails meticulous alignment and securing of the structural components to ensure seamless vertical expansion and structural integrity throughout the building. We have procured all necessary materials for this process and are working diligently to complete the roof structures in the coming months. Our focus remains on precise execution and adherence to engineering standards as we advance towards the next phase of construction. It is worth noting that we are operating within specific deadlines and timelines for deliveries, which necessitates maintaining a steady and efficient pace in our work.

• 9. Electric work

  Currently, in the construction phase we are in, we are at the initial stages of electrical and plumbing installations. These early steps are essential to laying the groundwork for a safe and efficient system that will ensure the functionality and comfort of the building once completed. At this initial stage of electrical installations, the technicians are beginning with the planning and routing for the wiring. The first conduits and junction boxes are being installed at strategic points throughout the building. This includes placing conduits in walls and ceilings to prepare for the electrical cables. Additionally, the optimal locations for electrical panels, switches, and outlets are being determined, ensuring everything aligns with the project’s plans and specifications.

• 10. Ceiling and exterior walls

  Currently, we are in the phase where the roofs of the houses have already been constructed, and preparations for finishing work are underway. This involves getting ready to start the flooring installations and beginning to clad the exterior walls with stone. With the roofs now completed, the primary structure of the houses is solid and secure, providing a perfect foundation for the future development of the homes. The completion of the roofing ensures that the structural integrity of the buildings is maintained, allowing us to focus confidently on the next phases of construction. Simultaneously, work has begun on cladding the exterior walls with stone. This process involves careful preparation and installation to ensure a high-quality finish that enhances both the aesthetic appeal and the structural integrity of the buildings. Skilled masons are placing each stone with precision, following the design patterns and ensuring that the cladding is securely attached to the underlying structure.

• 11. Plumbing work and swimming pool

  Simultaneously, the plumbing team is starting with the installation of the main pipes for the water supply and drainage system. This involves routing the paths for the pipes and the initial installation at key points in the building. High-quality materials are being used for the pipes to ensure their strength and durability. Basic connections for future water points, such as faucets and sanitary fixtures, are being established, although these elements have not yet been installed. Currently, we are in the advanced stages of constructing the swimming pools. With the excavation phase completed, we have moved on to the installation of retaining walls, structures, and the necessary mechanical and electrical plumbing systems, including the installation of pumps, we are making significant progress in the construction of the swimming pools. We will continue to advance with precision and dedication, ensuring the successful completion of this phase and laying the groundwork for the final stages of the project.

• 12. Interior distribution

  The construction project is progressing according to the established schedule. We have completed the structures and installations, and now we are in the phase of distributing and implementing materials in the interiors. Currently, we are beginning with the installation of floors, interior wall coverings, and kitchen and bathroom fittings. Every detail is being carefully considered to ensure it meets the highest standards of design and functionality. The floors are being installed using high-quality materials to ensure durability and aesthetics. The interior wall coverings are also underway, with special attention to finishes and textures that will offer a sophisticated and cozy ambiance. In the kitchen, we are installing countertops, cabinets, and efficient storage systems, all designed to combine functionality and style. Additionally, we have started placing materials on the terrace and the swimming pool, ensuring that the outdoor spaces are equally impressive and functional.
