    Currently, in the construction phase we are in, we are at the initial stages of electrical and plumbing installations. The completion of the roofing ensures that the structural integrity of the buildings is maintained, allowing us to focus confidently on the next phases of construction. Simultaneously, work has begun on cladding the exterior walls with stone. This process involves careful preparation and installation to ensure a high-quality finish that enhances both the aesthetic appeal and the structural integrity of the buildings. Skilled masons are placing each stone with precision, following the design patterns and ensuring that the cladding is securely attached to the underlying structure.

    Simultaneously, the plumbing team is starting with the installation of the main pipes for the water supply and drainage system. This involves routing the paths for the pipes and the initial installation at key points in the building. High-quality materials are being used for the pipes to ensure their strength and durability. Basic connections for future water points, such as faucets and sanitary fixtures, are being established, although these elements have not yet been installed. Currently, we are in the advanced stages of constructing the swimming pools. With the excavation phase completed, we have moved on to the installation of retaining walls, structures, and the necessary mechanical and electrical plumbing systems, including the installation of pumps, we are making significant progress in the construction of the swimming pools. We will continue to advance with precision and dedication, ensuring the successful completion of this phase and laying the groundwork for the final stages of the project.

Currently, we are beginning with the installation of floors, interior wall coverings, and kitchen and bathroom fittings. Every detail is being carefully considered to ensure it meets the highest standards of design and functionality. The floors are being installed using high-quality materials to ensure durability and aesthetics. The interior wall coverings are also underway, with special attention to finishes and textures that will offer a sophisticated and cozy ambiance. In the kitchen, we are installing countertops, cabinets, and efficient storage systems, all designed to combine functionality and style. Additionally, we have started placing materials on the terrace and the swimming pool, ensuring that the outdoor spaces are equally impressive and functional.
